This recipie will be a part of the meal plan series, as many of the ladies asked me to have recipes up as I make their meal plans. From now on I will be uploading all my recipes that will help you in the meal plans. I realized it will help many of you onc you have your meals plans in hand. Also I make sure all my recipes are under 30 min so none of you guys have to struggle making them while being a busy mom or a student.

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread (you can buy one or make your own)
  • Pesto sauce
  • Fresh tomatoe
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Grass fed butter

Preparations:

time: ~15 min

I’d highly recommend use sourdough bread if not gluten free athough I make my own gluten free bread (will share the recipe). If you are on certain diet or plan to loose weight then leave gluten for good as most people don’t do good with gluten whether they know it or not. I was one of them. Put small thin slice butter on a non stick pan and toast your slice on both sides enough to make it little crispy. After that put some pesto sauce on on both slices. Now add some cheese and already toasted tomatoes on top of it and close the lid. You can also make this sandwich on grill/paninni maker but I personally like handmade over in the pan. I feel taste is little different. It so delicious and you will be full. This is my snack once a while.
