Hello ladies, I hope you all are doing well. So, here is my list of the supplements I get for Edanur. Some of you guys asked on Instagram, so I thought it might help so many other moms as well. As you might know from my youtube channel and Instagram stories, I also follow a keto-ish lifestyle, which means carbs are minimal which I follow for my 1-year-old daughter as well. The supplements that I focus on are healthy fats, and B vitamins and include trace minerals.

Here is the list; these are the safest I know of without additives and chemicals.

Cod Liver Oil

(I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR THE HEALTHY BRAIN AND EYES DEVELOPMENT ) Click here

Vitamin D3 + K2

In this order, NOT D2 and NOT without K2 click here

This one is my second favorite. If the other one is not available take this. click here

** Make sure your D3 is free from vegetables/seed oils. That’s why I only buy this one always with the MCT oils.

Probiotics

You will need them if your baby’s diet is not on point and they didn’t receive enough gut bacteria from mom. Click here

so far that’s the cleanest probiotic brand I have found free from palm oil*

Baby OLIVE OIL

Best one for the massage. I can’t recommend this enough: please do not use famous brands or creams on your baby. Their skin is super sensitive and they are still building their immunity we don’t want them to have toxins in their body at such an early stage. This one is best and you can guys can use it safely anywhere on their skin. I massage Edanur’s feet and belly for good digestion always 🙂 Click here

Vitamin A

This particular one is not for toddlers but I give 1 drop to my daughter as these days getting sick is easier because of the cold season and vitamin A has been shown to reduce sickness time for toddler infections. Give this 1 drop with a meal like I do or you can ask your pediatrician if you like. click here

Let me know if your mommas have any more questions and I’d be happy to answer. Let me know in the comment section below which of these products you use for your healthy baby.

Babies Multivitamins

These are the best and most affordable ones I found. Free from any preservatives and extra sugars. This one has folate and not folic acid. Remember moms that folic acid is synthetic so you ALWAYS want folate (B9). click here

**no medical advice. I’m a certified nutritionist only and do what’s best for my child and share my experiences with you guys only!

With Love,

Nimra
